In 2018, our community and child focused leaders, assumed management of a neighborhood camp.
Even with the pandemic and not having camp in 2020, our leadership generated $222,984.22 in revenue for the HOA from 2018-2024.
In 2021, one of our leaders formed a non-profit to provide day camps during summer & school breaks for school aged children & give a portion of the proceeds to support public & private schools, children's' activities and military children. The non-profit was created in honor of her son who served multiple deployments with the National Guard.
We are delighted to keep neighborhood kids occupied, active and socially engaged without devices. We would love to expand and will do so if we have community support & feedback.
Let us know if you would like to open discussions about having a camp in your community!
